Why would anyone buy a Sleep Number bed?
Sleep Number beds cost three times more than what a conventional mattress costs. If they are so hot, why do they have to advertise so much? I tried one once and it wasn’t any better than my Serta. When I told the sales clerk, she couldn’t believe what she was hearing. Everyone is brainwashed into thinking a simple air-bed is better. I would like your opinion.
My wife and I shopped for a new bed, I thought the Sleep Number was overpriced, did not buy one.
It’s not the air factor, it’s the fact that you can adjust it. I agree with you though, I much prefer my regular mattress.
I doubt I would, we have a simmons pillow top and love it. Normal mattresses cost a lot of money as is. I think it would be a waste of money.
You have to realize that trying the thing on one setting doesnt give you the full impact of the thing. Your serta mattress is nice, but its not capable of giving you the exact level of support that you need for maximum sleep at night.
I actually got to sleep on one for a week while on vacation. I can tell you that after I found the right setting, I was in heaven. Now if only I wasn’t to cheap to buy one for myself.
