My Sealy Posturepedic mattress is sagging. Can you help?
I’ve only had it for a few months and there is an indentation where I normally lay. It feels less supportive. These are my questions: Is it supposed to do that? There is some memory foam in it so maybe it’s normal…Does it matter which end of the bed my head is at? Do I flip it periodically like a normal mattress? I don’t have the receipt or tags, by the way.

A memory foam mattress will have an indentation where you sleep, but it should return to normal (flat) a while after you get up. If not, Sealy may just have used a type of foam that isn’t as good as the stuff Tempurpedic uses (I have had a Tempurpedic mattress for 5 years and it doesn’t sag).
Also, do you have a good box spring underneath it? If you aren’t getting good support under the mattress, it could be that the whole mattress is sagging into the box spring. In that case, you may need wood supports (slats) under the box spring or a sheet of supporting wood on top of the box spring.
