What can I expect when a mattress representative comes to my house?
My mattress of only 2 years has two big ditches where we sleep. The mattress cost $1000 so it should last longer than 2 years.The warranty is 10 years according to the label on the mattress. I called the store and they are sending out their mattress expert. What is your experience?
I had this experience ones with a TV. And I was very firm in what I said, and I believed in: That I should receive a new One, because the warranty I still had was valued. and I was able to get My new TV. so just be confident.
