How can you tell a real TempurPedic mattress from a new one?

Not aware of any fake Tempur Pedics. What I mean by this is they make it, not TP, and then put TP’s label on this.
There are many knock offs brands but they carry their own label on them. They would feel the full wrath of the TP copyright / trademark infringement.
