Big back ache with Sealy Posturepedic mattress anyone?

I bought a Sealy posturepedic mattress (Island Manor) with a pillow top. When I tried it, I thought it was very comfortable. But after a week of sleeping on it, pretty much all my back hurts, and also my shoulders and my neck. I just can’t believe it!! I want to try to get used to it, but I think I will have to change eventually (I bought this mattress used so I can’t return it..). Has this happened to anyone? (I thought sealy was the real deal) What did you end up buying? Thanks
