My Sealy Posturepedic mattress is sagging. Can you help?

I’ve only had it for a few months and there is an indentation where I normally lay. It feels less supportive. These are my questions: Is it supposed to do that? There is some memory foam in it so maybe it’s normal…Does it matter which end of the bed my head is at? Do I flip it periodically like a normal mattress? I don’t have the receipt or tags, by the way.

But that was before the memory foam mattress came into play. Most furniture stores in Utah sell the traditional mattresses still and the "thicker and thicker" trend remains a constant. To counter that trend, mattresses made out of memory foam don't need all the extra fluff, because the material is more comfortable without it.
